Bwazan (or Bwanzan) in the Bwa or Bobo language means "Bobo children". This group is composed of ten young artists who dance, sing and play the djembe and dun dun (west african drums), balafon (bobo bala and djeli bala), yabara (calabash), kamalan n'goni (west african harp/lute), n'taman (talking drum), and other traditional Bobo, Mandé and Bamanan instruments.
Badenya Foli is Bwazan's second album and consists of songs and dances the group performs live regularly throughout Mali, Burkina Faso, Senegal and Mauritania.

Bwazan consists of ten young artists: Basidi Koné, Kalifa Koné, Yaya Koné, Adama koné, Dirissa Diarra, Ismael Sanogo, Adama Sanous, Bakari Dembele, Kassim Sanous, Nene Diabate and Mamoutou Diabate.
